With room for up to 250 guests, the space is ideal for weddings, showers, birthday celebrations, fundraisers, and corporate functions. The open layout allows for a variety of floor plans, whether you’re planning dining and dancing, a formal seated dinner, or a casual gathering.
Rental Overview
Hall rentals at Park Place include tables, chairs, and cleaning fees, giving you a hassle-free experience. Rental rates apply to the hall only; catering services are available separately. A five-hour minimum applies to Friday and Saturday rentals, while a four-hour minimum is required Sunday through Thursday.

With plenty of on-site parking and quick access to major highways, the venue is both convenient and accessible. The building is fully handicap accessible, conveniently all located on the ground level, ensuring every guest can comfortably enjoy your event.
Catering Options
We allow our hall to be rented on its own for a per hour fee. While catering is not included in the standalone hall rental, Park Place offers a wide variety of menus to complement any occasion. When you book catering through us for an on-site event, the hall rental fee is already included in the per-person menu price meaning there are no additional rental fees. From buffets to plated meals and themed stations, our catering team can provide the perfect dining experience for your celebration.
