Meet Our Team
Bradley Brennan
Brad has an interesting history with Park Place. It’s where his uncle Bob met his aunt Sandy 50 years ago, it’s where his half-brother’s mom worked for 26 years, and it’s where he married the mother of his children. Brad would fix the transportation trucks for Gary (founder of Park Place) at his family’s collision shop B & K Collision, and Gary would feed one of Brad’s cousins who lived around the corner from Park Place for years with leftover food. Brad, his dad, and Gary would regularly get breakfast together in Dearborn before Brad was given the opportunity to purchase the business from Gary’s prior chef, whom he had left the business to.
On a Monday in June of 2025, Brad would be given the opportunity, and by that coming Friday, he either had to take over or let the doors close. Brad dove in.
He owns local businesses B & K Collision, Turf Doctor, and is the Chief Operating Officer of Samaritan Homes. He has served as treasurer of the House of Mercy, a mosque in Detroit at Southfield and Tireman, since 2018. In 2010, Brad became the youngest CPA in Michigan history, and worked at EY in Detroit and New York before taking over and purchasing his first business from his father, B & K Collision, in 2014.

With a strong background in Culinary Arts, Catering and Hospitality, my passion for creating seamless, memorable events, overseeing every detail from the planning to the execution, I combine my culinary passion with strong management skills to deliver elevated, unforgettable experiences for all the guests who enter.
As a chef, wife, and mother of two, I bring both my heart and precision to my work, ensuring every client’s experience reflects professionalism, warmth, excellence, and a dash of love.

Hi, I’m Noah, the chef here at Park Place. I bring flavor, creativity, and a little personality to every plate I serve. I believe great food should feel exciting, comforting, and unforgettable, with just the right amount of wow.
Born and raised in Detroit, I bring the grit, soul, and bold flavors of the city into the kitchen every day. My cooking blends tradition, creativity, and hustle, focusing on scratch-made dishes that reflect pride, passion, and the heart behind every meal we serve at Park Place.

Hello, my name is Lina. I’m one of the chefs at Park Place Catering & Banquet Hall, where I help prepare and support events by creating flavorful, well-crafted dishes for our guests.
I’m a proud parent who loves spending time with my kids and making memories together. When I’m not in the kitchen cooking up something delicious, you can usually find me out shopping, enjoying a fun day at the arcade, or cheering on my favorite team, the Detroit Lions!

Hi, my name is Juan. I work here at Park Place Catering & Banquet Hall, where I help with marketing, media, and event support. I focus on capturing moments through photo and video while also helping behind the scenes to make sure each event runs smoothly. I work closely with our team to highlight the quality of our food, the beauty of our venue, and the experience we create for every guest. My goal is to not only promote Park Place, but to help build lasting relationships within our community and make every event memorable from start to finish.

Hi, I’m Jen! I work in the office here at Park Place Catering & Banquet Hall, where I answer phones, meet with clients, and help guide them through the planning process from start to finish. I love being one of the first friendly voices people hear and helping turn their ideas into a smooth, well-organized event.
From coordinating details behind the scenes to stepping out on the floor to serve during events, I enjoy being involved in every part of the experience. Whether I’m walking a client through menu options or making sure guests feel taken care of during an event, I take pride in creating a welcoming, stress-free atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Lauren
Hi everyone! My name is Lauren Dioszegi and I’ve been part of the Park Place team since July, 2025. I primarily work in the office doing a lot of behind the scenes work to ensure that things run smoothly. Some of my responsibilities include managing our systems, updating menus, and finding new ways to make Park Place be the best that it can be.
I have always been passionate about helping others, which is reflected in my work at Park Place and in my education. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology in May, 2025 and I am currently in school getting my master’s degree in clinical psychology. I bring that same thoughtful and detail-oriented mindset to everything I do at Park Place.
